The Law Office of J. Derek Verderamo provides comprehensive, effective and cost efficient services to each of its clients. This is accomplished through person attention, quality of services and upfront billing, while keeping in mind that the client is always first. Personal circumstances and evaluation of needs are always considered to provide the most comprehensive service.
Pledge
As your attorney, you will meet and correspond directly with me, not an associate or law clerk. This office can be contacted by phone, fax or email. I will personally and promptly return your call within the same business day. Often my clients work during normal business hours, I will do my best to accommodate your schedule to meet your needs and often schedule after hours consultations.
Consultations
A consultation is provided free of charge, allowing you to meet with me to ask any questions and retain me as your attorney. If for any reason I cannot meet the needs of your case I will advise you so and refer you to a more appropriate source. This ensures that each case I handle receives the best representation and affords me the opportunity to devote appropriate attention to each of my clients. Choosing an attorney is an important decision that should not be taken lightly.
My billing rates are fair and competitive. It is my goal to meet your needs in the most cost effective manner which in some cases may even be to advise you of how to handle the matter on your own, when appropriate. I offer payment plans to accommodate individual needs which are typically structured with a down payment followed by monthly installments until the balance is paid in full.
